Oynk is an evolving platform. The repository contains working product foundations and a blockchain visibility plane, but not yet an end-to-end payment or Soroban settlement system.
“Proposed” describes the intended design, not deployed behavior. Before launch, contract semantics, provider obligations, corridor policy, fees, authorization, upgrades, monitoring, and incident procedures all require explicit specifications.

Safe interpretation

The dashboard reports observed movement around configured wallets. It does not prove that every transfer was authorized by Oynk, belongs to a customer payment, or reached a fiat recipient. Only an authoritative control-plane reference and verified completion evidence can establish a business settlement. See the roadmap for the work required to move the proposed architecture into production.
